Thank you for choosing USA Team Conquest! Please fill out the registration form below to register your wrestler for the 2009-2010 season. Registration is completed on the first day of practice. Please bring $75 which will cover Sept/Oct. Other fees will be $40 for USA Card (Insurance), $50 for singlet, and $60 for sweatshirt, shorts, and Tshirt.  The faster we get the orders the better. Singlets are custom made and take up to 3 weeks to return.  Club dues are $50 per month.

Tournaments are on Sundays and cost about $20.

After you submit the form, please click on the PERMISSION TO WRESTLE button and fill out the waiver form. Please bring this on your first day of practice.
